This handle is best suited for resistance tubing systems with clasps on the ends. However, it can also be used with bulk segmented pieces of resistance tubing and exercise bands. Please do not use this product for cable machines.

Simply tie a knot around the metal loop to secure the pro handle. The grip portion of the handle is made of high density foam material. These handles are designed to rotate during exercise. This is a high quality product that carries a 1-Year Warranty.
