New

Certified Pre-Owned Units (Grade A or B depending on availability)

Grade A+ is like new and ship in the original box with all the original accessories.

Grade A

The item is used but in excellent condition and comes with a free data cable

Cosmetically the phone won’t show any signs of use, there won’t be any scratches, cracks or scuffs to the screen or casing. May have faint or minor blemishes, if they are not otherwise in excellent condition.

It has been fully tested and is in full working order 

 Grade B 

The phone is used but in good condition and comes with a free data cable

Cosmetically the phone will show signs of use, including some minor scratches to the casing or equivalent

It has been fully tested and is in full working order 

 

Grade B Minus

They appear used at first glance.

They may have numerous scratches on their screens. They may have numerous scuffs or scratches on their housing.

They may have dings, small dents and heavy wear on their ports, corners and edges.

It has been fully tested and is in full working order
